Use of the site
The site provides general information about real estate in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and about our services. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or buy property or a guarantee that any property is available. A brokerage relationship begins only when you and Altira Residential agree to one, and Florida law requires us to give you the applicable brokerage relationship disclosure.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, scraping listing data, sending spam through our forms or interfering with its operation.
Listing and property information
Property information on the site comes from sources we believe are reliable, including multiple listing services and public records, but it is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Square footage, lot size, taxes, association fees and other details should be independently verified. Listings shown through our multiple listing service's search tool are subject to that service's terms and display rules.
Estimates, tools and building briefs
The cost-of-ownership calculator uses example figures you can change. Its results are estimates for illustration only, not a loan offer, insurance quote or tax advice. Ask your lender, insurance agent and tax advisor for actual figures.
Building briefs and pricing memos summarize information available to us, such as association budgets, reserve studies, inspection reports and comparable sales. They are not engineering inspections, appraisals or legal opinions. We recommend professional inspections and legal review before you buy.
